The person signing the contract does hereby agree to
purchase space in the Central Fort Bend
Chamber Alliance Newsletter "focus" for the specified number of
editions. It is understood that the specified purchase price
shall cover the purchase of space only, and that artwork may
be furnished or charged at an additional price. It is
agreed that the Central Fort Bend Chamber
Alliance
shall place advertiser's ad in the Newsletter the contracted
number of times. It is agreed that advertiser shall pay
total price of space within 30 days of contract date, or ad
may be removed from newsletter. It is also agreed that
Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance shall be held
harmless for any content of ad and/ or any legal
responsibility for advertising. This contract may be
cancelled at any time upon 30 days prior to next publication
written notice from advertiser.
